Katie Dunbar currently serves as an Associate Partner at Proco Group, a firm specializing in executive search and advisory services for leaders in commodity markets, since October 2023. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions at RBW Consulting from December 2020 to October 2023, including Associate Director and Principal Consultant. Katie also worked as a Lead Consultant at Procurement Heads from March 2020 to December 2020, and from December 2015 to March 2020, progressed through the ranks at Faststream Recruitment Group, starting as a Recruitment Consultant and advancing to Senior Consultant and then Lead Consultant.
