Dr. Stefanie Tropea, DC received her Doctorate of Chiropractic & a Masters in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. Dr. Tropea has an extensive background in health & fitness. She provides hands-on, evidenced-based care for acute and chronic injuries / conditions. Dr. Tropea enhances her patients functional mobility and movement through soft tissue treatments including Active Release Techniques® and joint manipulation, along with the use of other modalities (such as The Flexion Distraction Table). As a chiropractor, Dr Tropea believes in empowering her patients and educating them on the importance of strength and self-care to achieve desired & optimal outcomes.
