Erin Woodbridge is a Talent Research Analyst at Procession Systems since July 2022, specializing in candidate searches within the IT cleared space and optimizing opportunities for clients and candidates in an Agile environment. Previously, Erin served as an Intern/Research Fellow at the Reiff Center for Human Rights and Conflict Resolution, where infrastructure for internal systems was established and relevant political science data was researched. Academic experience includes a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Christopher Newport University, along with roles such as a Student Researcher at the Wason Center for Public Policy, where surveys were administered, and a variety of positions demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills in educational and public service settings.
