Jerald Spearman began their work experience in 2011 with ProcessBarron. Jerald first worked as a Design/Draftsman and managed four projects, three of which were for Dominion Power in Virginia. Later, they took on the role of Project Manager.

Jerald Spearman attended Jefferson State Community College from 1994 to 1995, pursuing a field of study in Mechanical Drafting and Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD. It is not specified whether they obtained a degree during this time.
