Suhaib Ahmad Siddiqui is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in performance marketing, analytics, and customer care. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Process360 Ltd since December 2020, Suhaib previously worked at IBM India Private Limited for nearly eight years in roles that included Operations & Integration Lead for Performance Management and Manager of Channel Operations. Noteworthy achievements include leading campaign performance analytics for the Asia-Pacific region and establishing operational support for a co-marketing program. Earlier professional experience includes positions at IBM Daksh Business Process Services, where Suhaib managed customer care operations for Yahoo, and roles in event coordination and sales as a Medical Representative. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Operations Management and Supervision from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a BA from Delhi University.
