Paul Gallagher has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing and operations sector. Paul is currently the Group Operations Director at PST Process Sensing Technologies since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant and Coach at The Craig Business Services, supporting Henkan Business Transformation Consultants in the Aerospace sector from September 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they held multiple roles at Honeywell, including Manufacturing, Senior Director - Honeywell Aerospace, Integrated Supply Chain from May 2015 to April 2020, Vice President Operations - Honeywell Environmental Controls, EMEA from January 2008 to June 2011, and Honeywell Operating System Director - Honeywell Aerospace from July 2011 to April 2015, among others. Paul also worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Candy Hoover Group and as an Engineering Graduate Trainee/Manufacturing Engineer at Rolls-Royce.

Paul Gallagher attended the University of Strathclyde from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Production Engineering & Management, specializing in Manufacturing Engineering. Later, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued a Master of Science in Quality Management from Edinburgh Napier University. In June 2006, Paul obtained a certification as a Lean Expert from Honeywell.
