Kurt Van der Aa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, quality assurance, and validation across various sectors. Currently serving as a Project and Validation Expert for Process Automation Solutions at Janssen Pharmaceutica and Sanofi since May 2021, Kurt previously held the role of Production Unit Manager at METAALWERKEN DE COCK in 2020, overseeing laser cutting and warehousing processes. During an impactful tenure at MSD from 2010 to 2020, key responsibilities included leading quality IT compliance initiatives for the EMEA region. Earlier roles include Validation Authorization Expert at Schering Plough, Senior Validation Engineer at Egemin Consulting, and Test Center Coordinator at Xeikon, showcasing a solid background in engineering and automated systems.
