Carlos Eduardo has extensive experience in the IT support field, currently serving as an Analista de suporte computacional at Procenge Tecnologia since May 2014. Prior to this role, Carlos worked as a Suporte técnico at Rede Capta from October 2010 to May 2014. Carlos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Faculdade Joaquim Nabuco, completed in 2014, and has pursued further education, attaining a Postgraduate degree in Network Security from Estácio in 2018 and currently specializing in Cloud Computing through a Postgraduate program at Senac, ongoing from October 2022 to October 2023.
