Raymond Wagner is an experienced Build and Release Engineer at Procare Software since October 2017. Previously, Raymond held the position of Programmer/Analyst II at Rogue Community College from March 2014 to December 2017, focusing on the maintenance, enhancement, and platform migration of the student information system RogueNet for five community colleges in Oregon. As a Software Engineer at Plexis Healthcare Systems from June 2011 to February 2014, responsibilities included managing build systems, deployment, packaging, and versioning of products. Raymond began a career as an Implementation Programmer/Analyst at Pharmacy Computer Services Inc. from August 2000 to June 2011. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Programming and Software from Southern Oregon University, completed in 2000, with earlier studies at Rogue Community College from 1993 to 1995.
