The Design and Culture team at Probo is responsible for shaping and maintaining the company's visual identity and workplace environment. The Talent & Culture member focuses on enhancing employee experience and fostering a positive company culture. The Graphic Designer creates visually engaging content for the platform and marketing materials. The Design Lead oversees design projects and ensures consistency across all visual aspects of Probo’s brand. Together, they work to create a cohesive and attractive user experience while promoting a vibrant internal culture.
