Jane Mason is an experienced professional with a diverse background in underwriting and business development. Currently serving as Underwriting Manager at Probitas 1492 since September 2024, Jane previously held various leadership roles at BizCover, including Head of Intermediated Business and Head of Product, Channels & Risk, where Jane drove growth in broker and partnership channels. Prior experience includes a Senior Underwriter role at AXA XL, specializing in Professional Indemnity and Cyber insurance, and founding Mason & Co Chocolate, India's first gourmet bean-to-bar chocolate company. Jane has also contributed as a Senior Financial Lines Underwriter at Catlin Syndicate Limited and developed key insurance portfolios at Hiscox and AIG. Educational credentials include degrees from the University of Technology Sydney and Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
