Jo Ann Kimmick has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Jo Ann currently holds the position of Tax Accountant at ProAssurance since June 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Finance Compliance Specialist at ProAssurance from May 2022 to July 2022.

From 2011 to 2022, Jo Ann worked at NORCAL Group, starting as a Finance Compliance Specialist in July 2020 and holding that position until July 2022. Additionally, they served as an Accounting Team Leader from May 2011 to July 2022, primarily handling the filing of Premium Tax Returns and Supplemental State Filings for multiple companies within the group.

Prior to joining NORCAL Group, Jo Ann worked at Lincoln General Insurance Company from 2002 to 2010 as a Staff Accountant. During their time there, they also served as a Claims Department Project Coordinator from 2004 to 2010, where they were responsible for implementing effective plans and coordinating projects in support of claims management. Jo Ann also conducted research on regulatory compliance issues for 49 states and acted as the primary contact for business partners in customer service, research, problem-solving, and resolution.

Jo Ann Kimmick attended the College of the Desert from 1993 to 1995, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
