Paul Schabow is a seasoned professional in procurement and global sourcing with extensive experience in the Flexible Packaging industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President - Global Sourcing at ProAmpac since August 2015, Paul previously held the position of Vice President of Procurement at both Prolamina and Hospira, where strategic sourcing and contract negotiations were key responsibilities. With a background at Alcan Packaging as Manager - Supply Chain and roles at Midas International and AAA Distribution Company, Paul has developed strong skills in cost reduction, supplier partnerships, and supply chain management. Paul holds an MBA from DePaul University's Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from DePaul University.
