Danut Teodor Pana is an experienced professional with a diverse background in marketplace management, license management, and customer account administration. Currently serving as Marketplace Manager for eMAG since June 2019, Danut leads the Account Health Marketplace team focused on enhancing sellers' performance and reducing suspensions. Significant achievements include decreasing critical sellers from 680 to 150 per month and halving response times for seller inquiries. In addition to managing teams and coaching members, Danut is also a Sports Commentator for PRO TV. Previous roles include License Management Supervisor at PTC and World Wide Cross Regional Team Lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where Danut successfully streamlined processes and improved team dynamics. Danut holds a Disruptive Strategy Certificate from Harvard Business School Online and has pursued studies in economics.
