Xu Qiliang (Allen) has extensive experience in facility engineering, currently working at Pro-Matrix Pte Ltd since November 2020 as a Data Center Facility Engineer. Prior to this role, Allen served as a facility engineer cum FSM at Newtech Technology from October 2019 to October 2020 and worked as a fire and rescue specialist with the Singapore Civil Defence Force from August 2017 to August 2019. Allen holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Coventry University, obtained between 2021 and 2023, and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with Eco Design from Nanyang Polytechnic, completed from 2014 to 2017.
