Stacie Rampe is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Compensation and Benefits Leader at ProMach, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Stacie held the role of Sr. Director, Global Total Rewards and HR Solutions at NSF International from April 2020 to December 2023. Prior to that, Stacie worked at Dana Incorporated, where the positions included Director of Global Benefits and Senior Manager of Global Compensation from December 2018 to April 2020. Stacie's earlier experience includes various roles at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company from November 2012 to September 2018, where responsibilities spanned HR Director of Total Rewards, Corporate Manager of Payroll and Benefits, and Senior HR Business Partner. Stacie also held HR positions at Whirlpool Corporation from 2005 to November 2012, overseeing employee relations, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives. Stacie began the career at Graham Packaging as an Employee Relations Representative from 2001 to 2005. Stacie Rampe earned an MBA in Organizational Development and a BS in Human Resource Management from The University of Findlay.
