Elisa Cano is currently a Chargée de formation at PRO à PRO, a subsidiary of the METRO group, since October 2023, where responsibilities include training needs assessment, program deployment, budget tracking, session organization, and administrative management of training. Previously, Elisa worked at Lidl France from September 2021 to September 2023 as Chargée de formation et développement, focusing on training administration, integration processes, internal evolution management, and project management related to tutor and alternant rendezvous. Earlier experience includes a role as Chargée de missions RH at GiFi in 2021, emphasizing recruitment, school relations, and contributions to HR projects.
