Peter Kennedy is an experienced consultant specializing in executive compensation and management. As the Principal at The PRM Consulting Group since January 2006, Peter advises Boards of Directors and management on market trends, compensation levels, and regulatory developments. Their previous role as Chairman of the NACD Capital Area Chapter from 2006 to August 2011 involved developing educational programs for directors across various organizations in the Washington metropolitan area. Additionally, Peter served as Senior Vice President at Aon Consulting from 1998 to 2005, overseeing compensation and benefits consulting. Peter holds a Masters of Science in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Government with Honors from Oberlin College.
