Katelyn Boyle

Business Development Project Director at Privia Health

Katelyn Boyle has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katelyn started their career as a Merchandise Assistant at A.C. Moore in 2006 and later joined URBN, where they held various roles including Vendor Relations Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Associate Supply Chain Analyst, and Associate MicroStrategy Analyst. In these positions, they gained experience in business analysis, reporting, and data mapping, as well as system administration and project management.

In 2015, Katelyn joined Wawa, Inc. as a MicroStrategy Developer, where they played a key role in designing and developing a new MicroStrategy project for the Wawa Rewards program. Katelyn also supported SAP BW processes and helped the BI team enhance their MicroStrategy skills.

After that, they worked at David's Bridal as a Business Intelligence Developer and later became the Senior Business Intelligence Lead. In these roles, they led the migration of on-premise SQL Server to Azure SQL Data Warehouse, implemented Azure Data Lake and PowerBI for big data analysis, and managed contract resources. Katelyn also developed and executed a strategic plan for the next generation business intelligence platform.

Currently, Katelyn is the Business Development Project Director at Privia Health, where they have been since 2018. Their responsibilities include defining the analytics roadmap, project managing team activities, and leading the transition from SQL Server to Google Cloud Platform. Katelyn has also been involved in developing key operating dashboards, a value-based care repository, and a mobile application for Sales Directors.

Throughout their career, Katelyn has demonstrated strong leadership skills, coaching and mentoring their teams to succeed. Katelyn has also shown a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and empowering end-users to make data-driven business decisions.

Katelyn Boyle earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, attending from 2011 to 2012. In addition, they obtained two certifications during their education career. In April 2013, Katelyn became a MicroStrategy Certified Developer v9.2.1. Later, in January 2022, they obtained a certification in Mental Health First Aid from the National Counsel for Mental Wellbeing.
