Varalakshmi B.L has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They are currently working at Privafy as a QA Automation Lead since December 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Member of Technical Staff at Mavenir from January 2018 to December 2021. Their experience also includes working as a QA Engineer at Verizon Labs from November 2015 to December 2017. They have also worked as an SQA at Lifesize, a division of Logitech, from April 2015 to September 2015, and as a Software Engineer at Bangalore Broadband Network Ltd from August 2013 to April 2015.

Varalakshmi B.L completed their Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from MCT's Rajiv Gandhi Institute Of Technology, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
