Arthur Pinatel has four years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Recruitment Officer at Oui Care Group. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Talent Acquisition Specialist at FIFTY TALENTS. From 2020 to 2022, they were a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Badenoch + Clark, where they managed the first half of the hiring process and various secondary tasks. Arthur is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Prismic.

Arthur Pinatel obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources from KEDGE Business School between 2015 and 2019. Arthur also completed a Hypokhâgne et khâgne A/L in Literature, languages and social sciences from CPGE between 2013 and 2015. In 2018, they attended KU Leuven's Faculty of Economics and Business.
