Crystal Ridgeway, LMSW, is a dedicated medical social worker currently employed at Prisma Health since July 2023. Prior to this position, Crystal held various roles at The Bair Foundation from June 2016 to June 2023, including Medically Fragile Program Supervisor, overseeing children with complex medical needs, and Medical Lead Clinical Staff, advocating for children in state custody. Experience also includes work as a Counselor at Epiphany Family Services, where Crystal provided therapeutic services to children and collaborated with educational institutions, as well as previous roles at Baxter's Bunch Playhouse and Agape Senior. Crystal holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Winthrop University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Agnes Scott College.
