Thomas Bonk has over 20 years of experience in various executive roles within the eDiscovery and litigation technology industry. Their most recent position was the Chief Operating Officer at Prism Litigation Technology in 2023. Prior to that, they spent five years as Vice President of Global Professional Services at Epiq (formerly DTI), where they oversaw forensics, information governance, and legal compliance practice groups with P&L responsibilities of a global business with 70+ associates. Bonk cultivated and matured formal sales channel partnerships with Microsoft, OneTrust, and Relativity Trace as a certified professional services partner, resulting in hundreds of net new corporate relationships. Bonk also spent seven years as Vice President of eDiscovery Professional Services at Epiq (formally DTI), where they lead a build out of a national client services program and owned the pre-sales function of solution architect and RFP analyst teams. Before Epiq, Bonk was the Director of Technology Services at DTI LLC, where they directed eDiscovery operations, client services, and sales support functions delivering services to hundreds of local law firms and regional corporate clients. Additionally, they spent three years as Client Services Director at Bowne Business Solutions, managing litigation support operations centers in Chicago and New York, delivering eDiscovery, bibliographic coding, document scanning, and document printing services to law firms and corporate legal departments. Prior to their tenure at Bowne, Bonk was the Director of Production at Record Technologies.

Thomas Bonk holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Thomas attended Lane Technical College Prep High School. In addition, they received a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the State of Illinois in 1993 and became a OneTrust Certified Professional at an unknown date.
