Michael Goodson has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Michael began as an Overnight Stocker at Glen's Market in 2006. Michael then worked as a Sales Associate at RadioShack from 2010-2011. From 2011-2014, they worked as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative for SUPERAntiSpyware and conducted malware research. Michael then worked as a Support Specialist at D+H from 2014-2016. From 2016-2018, they were a QA Engineer at YouCaring and wrote end-to-end automation scripts using JavaScript with Selenium and WebDriver.io. Michael then worked as a QA Engineer at LegitScript from 2018-2021, where they were embedded on multiple development teams and worked on multiple high-impact products. Michael is currently a Lead QA Engineer at Prism.fm.

Michael Goodson obtained a Certificate in Full Stack Web Development from the University of Oregon in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networking from Lake Superior State University in 2010.
