Valisa Downing is a seasoned professional in customer experience and program management, currently serving as a Customer Experience Advisor at Priority Health since August 2022. Prior to this role, Valisa held various leadership positions at Steelcase from May 2015 to July 2022, including Global Lean Quality Program Manager and Global Customer Experience Manager, where significant contributions were made to operational strategy, project management, and customer relationship development. Valisa’s extensive background in customer service is further reinforced by prior roles in sales and account management at organizations such as the Oakland Athletics and The Grand Rapids Griffins. Valisa holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwood University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sales and Business Marketing from Western Michigan University.
