Kolby Gaertner is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in sales and management, currently serving as the Synthetic Training Manager at Priority 1 Air Rescue since September 2023. Previously, Kolby held the position of SAAS Territory Sales Manager at SetSchedule, where responsibilities included prospecting new clients, managing sales cycles, and building customer relationships. As a Home Buying Concierge at Veteran’s United Home Loans, Kolby provided exceptional service to veterans in securing home insurance and facilitated communication with Loan Officers. Experience at the University of Missouri-Columbia as an Events Crewmate involved managing event setups and ensuring facilities met university standards.
