About the role
As our first dedicated Senior Marketing Manager for Digital, this is a huge opportunity for a seasoned performance marketing professional to lead digital account strategy by diversifying channel mix for paid and unpaid channels and email marketing to grow an MQL funnel and deliver growth-oriented results.
You will
Own the email marketing ecosystem (HubSpot and Salesforce), to design, execute and test campaigns and ensure effective email marketing segmentation and lead database optimization.
Manage Google Ads spend and SEO optimization; design, execute, and A/B test advertisements to our buy-side and sell-side
Analyze and iterate on existing digital marketing efforts to ensure engagement and qualified lead generation
Plan and execute on new and existing social channels (Twitter and LinkedIn)
Focus on campaign-specific results to drive commercial performance
Drive client-facing marketing strategy and KPIs and be responsible for driving bottom-line results
Analyze and optimize funnel metrics to ensure ROI and demonstrate ROI improvements as campaigns scale
Create and maintain weekly reports and easy to read dashboards related to customer acquisition performance
About you
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a high-growth b2b start-up (legal industry would be a huge plus).
Demonstrated success managing budgets and engaging across multiple channels
Proficiency with modern app or web analytics, user behavior modeling, and marketing unit economics.
Able to think critically and strategically and respond well under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deep knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, SQL, Excel or related data management/visualization and modeling tools
Able to work on ET hours
