Christel Craig, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Information Systems & PMO at Printpack since February 2001, where responsibilities include leading enterprise information systems teams, managing project requirements, and developing solutions for complex systems and processes to enhance cost effectiveness. Previously, Christel held various managerial roles at Printpack, including Manager of Business Systems, where an ERP Governance Steering Committee was established, and Manager of Project Office, which involved setting up an IT PMO and directing project managers. Earlier experience includes positions at Tetra Pak Americas and AB Tetra Pak as IT Support Manager and Business Analyst. Christel holds an Executive MBA from Georgia State University and a BS in Management from Clayton State University, along with an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
