Stiliyana Danailova is an experienced UX Research Manager at Printify, leading the User Research team since January 2019 and driving initiatives that enhance customer experiences and align with business objectives. Prior to this role, Stiliyana served as a User Experience Researcher, establishing the user research function and advocating for user-centric decision-making across the organization. Earlier experience includes a Product Analyst position at Printify, where analysis of merchant needs informed product development, and roles at Climate-KIC, Proxiad Bulgaria, and IBM, focusing on sustainability evaluations, business analysis, and procurement applications support. Stiliyana holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Nantes Université and a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
