Agate Hroloviča has a strong background in talent acquisition and project management. They are currently employed at Printful as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead and previously held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Before joining Printful, Agate worked at iPhone Photography School as a Hiring Manager and Project Manager, where they were responsible for talent acquisition from all over the world. Prior to that, Agate worked at !ASAP as a Project Manager, handling communication with clients and suppliers, preparing creative offers and financial estimates, and managing events. They also gained experience as an Accounting Intern at Crowne Plaza Amsterdam - South and as a Housekeeping Supervisor intern at Rafaelhoteles by La Pleta, where they supervised teams and managed inventory control.

Agate Hroloviča completed their high school education at Riga State Gymnasium No. 1 from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Les Roches Global Hospitality from 2011 to 2014.
