Nikki Hooijberg is a seasoned professional in the field of social work and care coordination, currently serving as Coördinator Pluriform at Prinsenstichting since November 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Zorgconsultant at Curasoft from December 2019 to November 2022, and an extensive tenure at Prinsenstichting from July 2007 to November 2019 as a Senior persoonlijk begeleider, focusing on supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges.
