DJ Anglin has a diverse background in public safety and instruction, currently serving in a public safety role at Novant Health UVA Health System Culpeper Medical Center since March 2021. Prior to this position, DJ Anglin worked at Northern Virginia Community College from January 1999 to March 2021 as a Lieutenant, holding the role of Administrative Services Commander, as well as serving as a Driver Improvement Instructor specializing in defensive driving. Additionally, from March 2009 to July 2017, DJ Anglin was a Rider Coach for the motorcycle safety program at Germanna Community College, contributing to the advancement of motorcycle safety education.
