Kathleen Cole-McGilligan is currently serving as a Human Resources Strategic Partner at Prince Rupert Port Authority since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kathleen worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at K’awat’si Economic Development Corporation from May to December 2023, and as a Recruiter at Covenant House Vancouver and Ensemble Systems between June 2022 and June 2022. Kathleen's previous experience also includes working as an Assistant Manager of Sales and Service at West Elm and a Hiring Manager at J.Crew, where responsibilities included full-cycle hiring and employee training. Additional roles include Stylist at J.Crew and Sleep Specialist at Casper. Kathleen holds a Certificate in Change Management from UBC Sauder Continuing Business Studies and is pursuing education at Simon Fraser University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from The University of British Columbia.
