Vineet Punia began their work experience in 2007 as a Trainee at RMS, where they explored various programming tools such as VC++, VB.net, C#, MS SQL Server (T-SQL), and Java with Oracle. Vineet worked there as a Sr Software Engineer until 2012. In 2012, Vineet joined Codera Technologies as a Sr Database Developer and stayed until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Vineet worked at SCA Technologies as a Team Lead. Currently, they are a Project Manager at Primus Software Corporation, starting in 2019.

Vineet Punia obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree with a specialization in computer programming and specific applications from ICFAI School of Information Technology. This degree was earned between 2004 and 2006. In 2017, Vineet pursued further education at the University of Canterbury, where they completed a Postgraduate Diploma (PG Dip) in Applied Data Science, specializing in the field of data science.
