Matt Schaal currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Primus Aerospace, overseeing operations, quality, supply chain, engineering, and continuous improvement within the aerospace and defense sector. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at SCA Pharma and Vice President and General Manager for the Spine, Trauma and Extremities Group at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions. Matt has a robust background in operations management, having held senior positions at Rexnord Corporation, where responsibilities spanned four global sites for aerospace manufacturing, and earlier experience as Founder and Principal of Schaal Search Group LLC. Matt's career also includes significant roles at Electromark Company, Belden Corporation, and the DANAHER TOOL GROUP, complemented by foundational experience at Polaroid. Educational qualifications include an MBA and MEM from Northwestern University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
