Genesis Rosas has a solid work experience in various roles related to human resources and administration. Genesis started their career in 2014 as HR Administrative Assistant at Insteel Industries, Inc. Genesis then joined Lexicon, Inc. in 2018 as HR Administrator until 2020. Currently, they are working at Primoris Services Corporation since 2021, where they have held multiple positions including Field Admin, HR Recruiter, and currently serves as the Industrial & Civil Recruitment Lead.

From 2005 to 2007, Genesis Rosas attended Central Texas College where they studied Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
