Jordan Dross has a diverse work experience in various roles. In 2012, they served in the United States Marine Corps as part of the President's Own Marine Band Stage Crew. During their time there, they were responsible for logistics, execution, and security for events performed at prestigious venues such as the State Department, The White House, and the United States Capitol. Jordan also took charge as an Element Leader and successfully coordinated and executed over 100 concerts for the Marine Band.

In 2017, Jordan joined the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) as a Critical Skills Operator. Jordan served in multiple roles, including Assistant Operations Chief and Senior Enlisted Site Lead. Notably, while acting as interim Team Chief, they successfully coordinated and executed joint exercises with the 160th SOAR at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.

In 2022, Jordan was a Fellow at The Honor Foundation, an organization that assists transitioning service members, specifically those from U.S. Special Operations, in their professional development.

Currently, Jordan holds the position of Senior Product Manager at Primordial Labs, starting in October 2022.

Jordan Dross has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from American Military University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2023. Prior to this, they attended Brookdale Community College from 2011 to 2012, although they did not complete a degree at that time.

In terms of additional certifications, Jordan obtained a Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) from the Federal Aviation Administration in November 2022. They also hold various unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) operator certifications, including Black Hornet sUAS Operator, Sky Raider sUAS Operator, Sky Ranger sUAS Operator, Stalker XE UAS Operator, and RQ-20B PUMA Operator. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as Teledyne FLIR, Lockheed Martin, and AeroVironment, with the earliest certification obtained in September 2018.
