Lauren O'Connor has a diverse work experience spanning more than a decade. In 2008, they began their career as a Global Customer and Channel Marketing Communications Manager at Hewlett-Packard Financial Services. In 2010, they became the Director of Go-to-Market at Pivotal Fitness. In 2012, they were hired as a Senior Marketing Manager at Trigger Point Technologies. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at GU Energy Labs / Advanced Food Concepts as the Director of GTM & Customer Experience. In 2017, they became the Head of GTM & Customer Experience - Virtual Reality at Nomadic. In 2019, they began working at EyecareLive as the Head of TeleMed GTM and at West Virginia University as an Innovator-in-Residence, Professor. Lauren also currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Primoprint.

Lauren O'Connor holds a Master's Degree in International Business from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a USA Rugby Coach certification from USA Rugby in August 2012.
