Previous roles include Executive Director at PGM Global Inc., Commercial Director at HSBC, and multiple managerial positions at Prudential Financial, Luminex A/S, Fabrimar Indústria, Atlantic de Petróleo, White Martins, and Petrobras. Carlos holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Thermal Sciences and Fluid Dynamics from Universidade Gama Filho, as well as an MBA in Financial Business from Prudential. Additional technical training includes coursework at Petrobras and Cefet/RJ, contributing to a well-rounded expertise in business structuring and financial operations.
