Tim Pierce started their work experience in 2010 as the Vice President of Operations at Ball State Federal Credit Union. Tim then moved on to become the Assistant VP Consulting & Education at Indiana Credit Union League Inc in 2016. Currently, they hold the position of President and CEO at PrimeTrust Federal Credit Union.

Tim Pierce attended Ball State University - College of Business from 1985 to 1989. Tim obtained a degree in Business with a focus on Business Management.
