Luis Nolasco Martins has extensive experience in business development and management, currently serving as the Country Manager for Portugal at Primetag since October 2014. In this role, Luis oversees the Portuguese market and is responsible for measuring ROI through innovative marketing tools. Previous positions include Strategic Business Developer and Lead Generation & Sales Manager at Primetag, focusing on lead generation, account management, and market research. Prior to Primetag, Luis worked as a Business Development Assistant at RadLegacy, where responsibilities included customer support and strategic partnerships, and as a Project Engineer at R5Engenharia, collaborating on significant wind farm projects. Luis holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro, specializing in the impact of geosynthetics in railway structures.
