Danny Titensor has extensive experience in training and support within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Corporate Trainer at Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. since May 2015, Danny specializes in mortgage origination and processing, utilizing tools such as Encompass and Blend, and is proficient in creating training tutorials using Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Storyline, Greenshot, and Snag-it. Previously, Danny was the Lead Trainer and Systems and Software Support Specialist at CUProdigy Core from December 2013 to March 2015, where a comprehensive credit union training system was developed. Danny also has a decade of experience as a Mortgage Consumer Loan Officer at America First Credit Union, recognized for outstanding customer service and sales performance. Early career experience includes a role as Sales Lead at Deseret Industries, focusing on employee training and merchandising. Danny holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration: Finance from Weber State University and a high school diploma from Woods Cross High.
