Tom Booth is a Senior Talent Partner at Primer since June 2023, focusing on talent acquisition for remote Product and Engineering teams. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Talent Partner at Meta, specializing in executive search for Engineering Leaders and Managers across Europe. Tom's experience includes working as a Senior Principal Recruiter at Caspian One, where recruitment targeted technologists in the finance sector, and as a Lead Recruiter at LinuxRecruit, responsible for building the Software Development team across the UK and Europe while also founding a community Meetup for JavaScript enthusiasts. Tom's career in recruitment began at Caspian One as a Principal Recruiter and then as a Recruiter, following which Tom obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies with Marketing from the University of the West of England.
