Prior experience encompasses various roles at Atlassian, including Group Head of Talent, where management of a 20-person team was crucial for maintaining a strong culture, and at Google as Talent Acquisition Manager for Australia/New Zealand and SMB APAC, where significant improvements in hiring productivity and satisfaction were achieved. Caitriona's career began at Allianz Group, following an educational background in Business Studies from Dublin City University and CIPD qualifications in Human Resources Management.
