Tonye Commander Dokubo is a seasoned professional in the petrochemical industry, currently serving as Manager Operations at Notore Chemical Industries Ltd. With previous experience as Plant Shift Superintendent at Eleme Petrochemicals Company Limited from December 2006 to February 2008, Dokubo oversaw the technical and administrative operations of the petrochemical complex during off-hours and weekends. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Nehezipari Muszaki Egyetem and an M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Miskolc, both obtained between 1977 and 1982 in Miskolc, Hungary.
