Kori Schmidtendorff

Manager Of Client Training at PrimePay

Kori Schmidtendorff has extensive work experience in the training and implementation field. Kori currently holds the position of Manager of Client Training at PrimePay, where they started in October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Implementation and Training at PrimePay since October 2019.

Before joining PrimePay, Kori worked at Interlogic Outsourcing, Inc. for many years. Kori started in 2005 as the Marketing Manager and was responsible for managing advertising campaigns and maintaining industry knowledge. Kori then transitioned to the role of Training Coordinator, where they scheduled and conducted company-wide trainings and developed training materials for clients. Later, they became the Training Manager and implemented training programs for clients and internal staff on software modules, utilizing interactive training modules and tracking progress. In March 2016, they were promoted to the role of Implementation and Training Manager, where they managed three departments and implemented training programs for sales and other internal staff.

Overall, Kori has a strong background in managing training programs, implementing new products and services, and coordinating company-wide trainings.

Kori Schmidtendorff obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Advertising from Ball State University, starting in 1994 and finishing in 1998. In addition, Kori received a certification in Product-led from Pendo.io in October 2022.
