Bruno Sousa has extensive work experience in the IT and telecommunications industries. Bruno started their career at Embratel in 2007, progressing through roles such as Supervisor, Training Analyst, and Quality Process Specialist. Bruno was responsible for process mapping, project development, and continuous improvement. In 2020, they joined PrimeIT, where they held positions such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, IT Project Manager, and currently serves as the Chief Quality Officer. Bruno'sresponsibilities included project management, financial control, and development of new projects and solutions.

Bruno Sousa completed their IT and Computer Network degree at Senac RJ from 2009 to 2013. Bruno also obtained a Green Belt Certification in Project Management from SETA - Desenvolvimento Gerencial (UCE) in 2012-2013. In 2018, they attended the SAP Basis Academy at Trainning Education to further their expertise. Additionally, Bruno has achieved various certifications in cybersecurity, information security management, and project management from different institutions between 2020 and 2021.
