Oli Bartlam is a seasoned entrepreneur and industry leader with extensive experience in event management and multimedia platforms. As the Founder and Director of Full Fat Events since July 2011, Oli has guided the company to receive multiple awards, including 'Best Small Festival' at the UK Festival Awards. Oli also launched OpenLab in January 2015, recognized as a premier radio station in Ibiza known for its curated music. Currently, Oli holds non-executive director and shareholder positions at Prime Time Lager and Asterley Bros, alongside founding Equiano, a multi award-winning rum brand. Previous roles include International Brand Director at The 8O8 Drinks Company and UK Product Manager at Universal Music Group. Oli's educational background includes a 1st Class BSc Honours degree in Business and Event Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
