Salim Al Shaami is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governmental and technology services. Currently serving as the Director of Government Services Development Department and Director of Government Services Improvement at the Prime Minister's Office in the UAE since June 2015, Al Shaami has a strong background in information technology and management. Previous roles include Manager of ICT Services at EMAL, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing various ICT functions, and Business Infrastructure Manager at Emiraje Systems, focusing on IT, information management, and security. Additionally, Al Shaami held the position of IT Development Manager at Thuraya, managing multiple projects and enhancing service offerings. Al Shaami holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the American University of Sharjah.
