Jeff Faria is a seasoned portfolio analyst currently with Prime Meridian Capital Management since September 2021. Previously, at Hall Equities Group from April 2017 to June 2021, Jeff held multiple roles, including Division Manager of Property Operations, responsible for managing 4.8 million square feet, and Portfolio Manager, overseeing a 350,000 square feet portfolio with a focus on financial reporting and lease administration. As an Assistant Portfolio Manager, Jeff effectively managed over 1 million square feet of retail space, achieving a significant reduction in accounts receivable.
